⚪ You’ll immediately be sent a form so you can tell us about the work that needs to be done.

⚪ If the scope of the work requires more service credits, you’ll be given an estimate and an opportunity to move forward. If you choose not to, that’s fine, your $100 will be refunded minus charges incurred through payment processing.

Yes, but once the job is in progress, there are no refunds. But so we’re both ‘safe’ – before we start, if it was determined that either I wasn’t able to do the work for you, or you decided not to go ahead for any reason, we can organise a quick refund for you, no problem.

A time-stamped ticket is immediately created at our support desk. You’ll immediately be sent a form so you can tell us all about the work you’re looking to have completed. Providing your form is completed and returned inside 24 hours, we use the timestamp on the ticket created when you purchased credit(s) to prioritise your job. After a 24 hour period of your ticket being created, work is performed on a first come first serve basis based on the return of request forms.

This is fairly common but doesn’t happen every time. Either way, I’ll let you know right up front. I may even (and often do) suggest ways of doing something differently (better) in order to ensure get you a far better and/or quicker result. At that point, you can either agree to any proposed changes (which may mean purchasing additional credits) or you’re free to cancel and get your money back (providing work hasn’t begun).

You will need to pass login details to us via email and it is kept securely attached to your support ticket in our secure helpdesk. You are more than welcome to send us temporary login information if it makes you feel better. Once the job is completed, you can simply delete the account and we’ll no longer have access.
